About Me

I began my journey as an artist around the age of eleven, taking my first acrylic painting lessons, with a local artist in Amador County, learning the basics of color, value, and composition.  Art became a mainstay though adolescent and my teen years, continuing to learn and grow in my abilities.  This continued through my college years, as I continued  to take every class that was available to me. 

     Most recently I've embraced painting portraits in oil, inspired by a  group of female artist from all over the world, called TAOS (The Art of Sisterhood).  As a result of a couple of retreats with these amazing women, I continue to share, learn, laugh, and cry with them, giving and receiving “What if’s “and encouragement, online and in person.  

I'm excited to share that I have started to sell my work and you can view originals and prints I have available under my "Works" tab.
